1. This website is solely to schedule consultation with doctors. Booking appointments for clinical procedures, continuation of medication and dental issues will not be entertained.
2. All patients suspected to have infectious illness will be redirected to the Infectious Illness clinic. Therefore appointment time is not applicable.
3. This appointment system is not applicable for premarital screening, medical check-ups, pre- pregnancy care, antenatal care, postnatal care, vaccination/ routine medical examination for children.
4. This website is not designed to facilitate medical emergencies. Users should not rely up to this website for emergency medical treatment.
5. Each consultation will be 15 minutes. However, consultation time will vary on the patient’s condition and investigation required. (Procedures such as ECG, nebulisation, bloods and imaging). We will try our best to accommodate based on the appointment timing, but it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Patients should comply with appointment time and are advised to come 30 minutes before the appointment, latest by 15 minutes. Patients failing to comply to appointment time, will be reverted as non appointment patient.
7. It is mandatory for the patients to be transparent and honest in writing the chief complains.
