Overview

Mouth ulcers are abrasion of the epithelium of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. It can be very painful. They are usually red or yellow in appearance. It rarely signifies anything serious in the body but the discomfort can be intolerable. The type of ulcer that one has explains the kind of symptoms which one will go through.
