Calcipotriol is commonly used in the treatment of psoriasis.
Calcipotriol is a topical antipsoriatic agent which binds to vitamin D receptors that will suppress the proliferation of keratinocytes.

There is no known interaction between alcohol and topical Calcipotriol when used concomitantly.
Topical use Calcipotriol is absorbed slightly into the system and the safety of the use of Calcipotriol has not been established in pregnant women. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.
Excretion of Calcipotriol is not known in human breast milk. Calcipotriol should not be applied to the breast area during breastfeeding.
Calcipotriol usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Calcipotriol is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney impairment.
Calcipotriol is contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment.
