Menthol is commonly used in the treatment of nasal congestion (blocked nose) , muscle pain and throat irritation
Menthol which exists in the form of inhalation, ointment or pastilles is commonly used for the symptomatic relief of sinusitis, bronchitis and similar condition. Its formula is usually in combination with benzoin, eucalyptus oil or camphor.
