1. Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the toothpaste. 2. Gently brush your teeth for two minutes. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque and tartar have built up. 3. Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water. 4. Rinse your toothbrush in warm water and store it in a dry place.
