Dermoplex Calamine Lotion 120ml
RM 8.30
Dermoplex Calamine Lotion is a skin-soothing and barrier-protecting formula. In cases of skin irritation, itching, or sunburn, this lotion can be a lifesaver. Minor skin irritations and rashes can be soothed with the use of this solution (sunburn, prickly heat, insect bites, itchy chicken pox and nappy rashes). Calamine evaporates from the skin after application, resulting in a cooling sensation that helps alleviate the itch. An added benefit of this sensation is that it soothes sunburns. Zinc oxide, which is antimicrobial, is also an active ingredient in this lotion. This makes the skin feel calm and prevents infections from scratching.
Soothes and relieves minor skin irritations, skin bites, sunburns and nappy rashes.
Use this 2-3 times daily or as per required.

You can also prevent skin problems in your children by following these suggestions in addition to using products like Dermoplex Calamine Lotion 120ml.
1.Make sure they don't overheat.
An eczema outbreak can occur when the skin is hot and sweaty. Showers and baths that are too hot should be avoided. When flare-ups are bad, keep them from doing too much. When they go to bed, make sure they have a cool place to rest and plenty of water to drink.
2. Don't ignore the presence of an infection.
Please see your doctor right away if your child develops a skin infection.Any skin lesions are vulnerable to infection by bacteria and viruses. Treat infections quickly if you notice any symptoms. If your child's eczema is accompanied by any of the following symptoms, you should see a dermatologist as soon as possible.
3. Make sure they are well hydrated.
Creams can only go so far. You must also hydrate from the inside to keep your skin from drying out. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water every day with your child. That will help replenish their skin's moisture.
Lastly, take advantage of every opportunity to spend time with your loved ones!
