How do I earn cash rewards and what do I get?
You will receive a rewards account specially for collecting platform rewards. Get rewarded through the following:
For signing up with a referral code (Limited to first 100,000 sign ups)
RM30 cash rewards will be credited to your rewards accounts balance upon sign up.
For your first purchase
You’ll get RM10 cash rewards credited to your rewards account.
For every purchase
3% cash rewards (of total purchase value capped at a maximum cashback of RM15 per transaction) will be credited into your rewards account.
For every purchase made by a friend you referred
1% cash rewards (of total purchase value) will be credited into your rewards account.

Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this campaign you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms of the campaign without any notice including the quantum of rewards and the applicability of rewards.
3. The organizer reserves the right to end the campaign without any notice.
4. This campaign is open to DoctorOnCall retail, corporate, and insurance customers only.
5. Cash rewards are NOT APPPLICABLE for testing services, including COVID19 drive thru, in-clinic and home testing services. Cash rewards only applicable for online pharmacy purchases directly on the online pharmacy. Cash rewards not applicable for any purchases made from any other sources or channels including online clinic prescriptions, email channels or other channels other than the online pharmacy. For clarity, only purchases made through https:www.doctoroncall.com.my/medicine qualify for rewards.
6. Cash rewards are not applicable for doctor telehealth services via chat, call or video. Cash rewards are not applicable for booking services. No rewards shall be given for services under these category and rewards cannot be used for doctor telehealth services.
7. Rewards redeemed can only be used on the online pharmacy and not redeemable for any other services within the DoctorOnCall platform.
8. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash in any form.
9. Rewards cannot be used with another promotions.
10. Rewards that have been redeemed have a validity of 1 year.
11. Rewards can only be used for one time for one purchase. If the applied rewards is more than the purchase value, the balance shall be considered forfeit.
12. If for any reason, a reward code is used more than once, the organizer reserves the right to reverse the redemption and cancel any orders associated.
13. The organizer reserves the right to ban individuals who partake in fradulent activities and reverse any redemptions or orders related to fraud.
14. Only purchases made after 7th May 2020 will be rewarded.
15. All cash rewards will have a 2 weeks cooling period before they are confirmed into your account.
16. The decision of the organiser is final and no appeals shall be entertained.
