It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip). Taking Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) with alcohol may also increase the risk of developing CNS depression
Pregnancy Warning(Safe If Prescribed)
Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be safe as animals study showed no teratogenicity and fetal malformation recorded. Data of over 1000 women studied also showed no any negative effects on the fetal development.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) is excreted into human breast milk hence should be avoided during lactation.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with kidney impairment and in elderly patients with reduced kidney function since it is eliminated through the kidneys. Dose adjustment of Lorastad 10mg Tablet 10s (strip) is needed. Please consult your doctor before use.

It's best to take Lorastad 10mg Tablet first thing in the morning. Depending on what you're taking it for, the dosage may change. Take it exactly as your doctor has instructed. You may just need to take this drug on days when you have symptoms, or you may need to take it every day to avoid symptoms. If you stop taking it before the recommended time, your symptoms may return. This medication is usually considered to be highly safe. It is far less likely to make you tired when compared to other comparable drugs. However, it may produce dizziness, so don't drive or do anything else that requires concentration. If it continues or causes you concern, see your doctor. In certain situations, it may produce headaches or increase hunger. If you have any issues with your liver, kidneys, or heart, you should notify your doctor before taking it. Women who are pregnant or nursing should also seek medical advice before taking it. Alcohol should be avoided when taking this drug since it might induce extreme sleepiness.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
