This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) as there is a risk of additive effect such lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rateIt is safe to consume alcohol with Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip). Consuming Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) With alcohol will not interfere with the way the medication works.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Both animal studies and human studies are insufficient to show adverse effects on the fetus. Pregnant women may use it if the benefits outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor. Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk based on adverse reaction data from investigational or marketing experience or studies in humans. It is contraindicated in 2nd and 3rd trimester pregnancy.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) is excreted in human milk. It also reduces milk production due to it diuresis effect.Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) is most likely safe to be used during lactation. There are limited data suggesting that the medication does not pose a significant risk to the baby. Please consult your doctor before use.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
The usage of Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) may impair general attention and affect the ability to drive as it can cause side effects such as dizziness, somnolence and palpitations.There are no studies of Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) on the effect of ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Dose adjustment is required in patients with kidney disease. In patients with severe renal function, use is not recommended. Please consult your doctor.Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) is contraindicated in patients with renal impairment (GFR <60 mL/min). Dose adjustment of Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) and monitoring of renal function is necessary. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease as it may precipitate hepatic coma.Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment. Dose adjustment of Fortzaar 100mg/25mg tablet 10s (strip) is necessary. Please consult your doctor.
