Side Effects of Chloramphenicol Oral

GI symptoms; bleeding; peripheral and optic neuritis, visual impairment, blindness; encephalopathy, confusion, delirium, mental depression, headache. Haemolysis in patients with G6PD deficiency, Hypersensitivity reactions (rashes, fever and angioedema) Eye drop: Blurred vision. Ear drops: Ototoxicity.
