How Paliperidone Works

Paliperidone is an atypical antipsychotic which inhibits dopamine D2, serotonin (5-HT2A), adrenergic (alpha�1 and alpha�2), and histamine (H1) receptors .

Alcohol Not Advisable

Consuming alcohol can potentiate the effects of CNS depressant caused by Paliperidone. Please consult your doctor before using it.

Pregnancy Not Safe

Oseltamivir may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. There are limited animal and human studies to show adverse effects on the pregnancy. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor before using it.

Lactation Not Advisable

Paliperidone is excreted into human breast milk. Studies suggest that there is potential adverse effect on feeding baby. Paliperidone is not recommended for use in pregnant women.

Driving Not advisable

Consuming alcohol can potentiate the effects of CNS depressant caused by Paliperidone which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Use With Care

Paliperidone should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Paliperidone may be needed. Please consult your doctor before using it. Use of Paliperidone is not recommended in patients with end-stage kidney failure.
