Many different vitamins are found in food and other natural sources. Multivitamins are a mix of all of these vitamins. Multivitamins, such as Blackmores Kids Multivitamins + Minerals Chewable Tablet , are used to get vitamins that aren't getting from the food they eat. They are also used to treat vitamin deficiencies (lack of vitamins) caused by sickness, pregnancy, a poor diet, digestive problems, and many other things.
13 vitamins and about 15 minerals are very important for your health, and you need them all. There are a lot of enzymes and hormones that make your immune system stronger and keep your nerves and organs working well. For reproduction, maintenance, growth, and the control of bodily processes, your body also needs these nutrients to get and keep the biological processes going.
