This test involves checking the appearance, concentration to content of your urine. From these results, it can tell a lot of things, from kidney problems, infection to diabetes.

• You are required to fast for a minimum of 10 hours prior to your health screening. Plain water is allowed during your fast. Failure to fast will cause your test result to be inaccurate.
• On the day of your health screening, please have your identification document ready: NRIC (for Malaysian) or passport (for non-Malaysian)
• In any cases where the blood draw could not happen on the day of the health screening and a second visit is required is required by the nurse/phlebotomist, an additional RM140.00 will need to be charged for the next visit. These situations will include but not limited to symptoms as a result of hemophilia or medical condition that does not warrant the blood drawing procedure.
• Packages booked cannot be refunded but can be postponed to a later date with 2 days advance notice with DoctorOnCall’s team approval of the postponement. The package can be postponed to a later date which is within 6 months from the date of the package is booked.
