Body odour is one of the common problems in our daily life and if not handled properly, can cause significant low body image and confidence. Here are some ways how you can beat it.
Body odour usually starts at puberty, caused by the increase of androgen hormones. But it can be exacerbated by activities like exercise, being overweight, certain food, some illness and medications. Bacterial growth such as in the armpit, between your groin and on your feet can make it worst.

Take shower or bath regularly at least once or twice a day
Use antiperspirants likethat contain deodorant which can mask the odour.
Keep your underarms dry and shave regularly
Using antibacterial soap or gel during shower or bath time can help you reduce body odour
Change to clean and fresh clothes especially after showering or if you find yourself perspiring a lot
Avoid certain food such as garlic that can make your body odour worst. Too much alcohol and caffeine can also cause you to sweat and increase your body odour
