Hi, i just read an article online on the effect of lubricant to pregnancy. I am trying to conceive and we did use the ky jelly as lubricant. Will it affect the pregnany?

Hi Doctor, I am male, 27 years old. I have question on the sperm count quantity abnormal/low.
For your information, I tried to check my fertility by using sperm count test kit and the result is abnormal which is sperm count is less than 20million per ml(I had sex with wife 3 days before took the test) . May I know what the caused and what I can do in order to make my sperm become quality and increase the number of sperm.
