Use before bedtime for best results. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes before applying the whitening gel.
Twist off the gel pen cap and apply a thin layer to the surface of your teeth. Avoid contact with gums and lips.
Power on the LED Device and place it in your mouth.
The device will run automatically for 16 minutes with blue LED light, followed by another 16 minutes with red LED light.
Once finished, rinse your mouth thoroughly.
Separate the Mouth Tray from the LED Device before cleaning.
Rinse thoroughly with water after each use.
Rinse with water immediately if peroxide contacts your skin or other areas.
