Overview
Dental infection is the infection of teeth with cavities, gums or the bone that accommodates the teeth. This is usually caused by a bacterial infection and abscess sometimes will form which will lead to pus discharge from the affected area. The plaque, a by-product of food and saliva attached to the teeth or gums frequently carries bacteria, if left unnoticed or not removed, bacteria will multiply and spread inside the soft tissues of teeth or gums, forming an abscess.Signs and Symptoms
