Overview
Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disease mediated by autoantibodies to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors on the post-synaptic side of the neuromuscular junction. It affects the voluntary muscles and characterised by weakness and fatigability.Signs and Symptoms
