Alcohol Safe

It is safe to consume alcohol with cefalexin. Consuming cefalexin with alcohol will not interfere with the way the medication works.

Pregnancy Maybe Safe

Use of cefalexin is acceptable during pregnancy. Animal reproduction studies do not demonstrate adverse effects on the fetus, and there is not adequate studies in pregnant women.
