Clidinium Bromide is an antispasmodic. It inhibits acetylcholine receptor which reduces the gastrointestinal spasm and motility.

Dry mouth, Hesitancy and urgency in micturition, Constipation, Blurry vision, Increase Heart rate, Heat stroke, Headache, Mydriasis, Aggression, Mild skin rashes

Clinidium bromide Related Warnings

Alcohol Not Advisable

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Clidinium Bromide as it causes side effects such as headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Pregnancy Not Safe - High Risk

Clidinium Bromide is contraindicated in pregnant women.

Lactation Not Advisable

Clidinium is not safe to use during lactation. It is contraindicated to be used when patient is breasfeeding.

Driving Not advisable

Clidinium Bromide causes side effects such as headache and/or changes in pulse or heart rate which can influence the ability to drive.

Kidney Use With Care

Clidinium Bromide should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Therefore, please consult your doctor as dosage adjustment of the medication may be needed.

Liver Use With Care

Dose adjustment of Clidinium Bromide is required.
