How Pazopanib Works

Pazopanib is a tyrosine kinases receptor inhibitor (RTKs). RTKs involved in the blockade include receptors for vascular endothelial growth factors, platelet-derived growth factors, and stem cell factor.

Side Effects of Pazopanib

Diarrhea, Hair colour change, Skin hypopigmentation, Exfoliative rash, Increased blood pressure, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Loss of appetite, Vomiting, Distortion of the sense of taste, Stomatitis, Weight decreased, Elevated liver enzymes
