Pizotifen works by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin by the blood platelets causing prevention of the loss of the intracranial vessel. It is a sedating antihistamine. Besides that, Pizotifen also can exhibit weak antimuscarinic effects.

Alcohol Not Advisable

It is not advisable to drink alcohol with Pizotifen as it enhances the CNS effects of the Alcohol.

Pregnancy Maybe Safe
