Sodium Cromoglycate is able to inhibit the degranulation of mast cells and prevent the release of histamine which is responsible for the allergy reaction in our body.

There is no known interaction between alcohol and Sodium Cromoglycate when used concomitantly.
Sodium Cromoglycate has to be used cautiously during the first trimester of pregnancy. Cumulative clinical data have not shown any reproductive toxicities in pregnant women. It is advisable to be used only necessary. Please consult your doctor.
Excretion of Sodium Cromoglycate is not known in human breast milk but it is unlikely to be excreted according to its properties. Thus, it is safe to be used during pregnancy.
