Introduction of Siccapos Eye Gel 10g

Siccapos Gel is a transparent gel that is packaged in aluminium tubes with a screw cover. Each bundle contains either one or three 10g eye gel tubes.

How To Use Siccapos Eye Gel 10g

This medicine is for external use only. Always wash your hands before and after applying the eye gel. Hold the tube close to the eye without touching the surface to avoid contamination. Pull down the lower eyelid to form a pouch. Gently squeeze the tube to dispense the desired amount of eye gel onto a clean finger and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Slowly release the lower eyelid and blink a few times to spread the gel. Wipe off any extra liquid. Ensure to replace and tighten the cap straight after use.

Siccapos® Gel includes the preservative cetrimide, which may cause eye irritation (burning, redness, foreign body sensation) and damage to the corneal epithelium, particularly with frequent and long-term use. For the long-term therapy of keratoconjunctivitis sicca, therefore, preservative-free medications should be recommended.
