Please bring along your IC or passport for registration
Payment details must be presented upon registration.
Available daily between 8.30am – 3.30pm from Monday to Friday and from 8.00am -12.00pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 1 day prior to original booking.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

You are encouraged to get enough sleep, at least 6 hours, prior to the check-up.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along your previous test results or reports you have for the doctor’s review.
Please wear comfortable clothing.

Upon payment, you will receive your proof of payment via e-mail. The receipt can only be used for the package indicated. Packages booked cannot be refunded but can be postponed to a later date within 6 months of the package being purchased.
