Amlibon 10mg Tablet may be used alone or in combination with other medications. The dosage is determined by the reason for your prescription and the severity of your illness. It may be taken with or without meals at any time of day, although it is recommended to take it at the same time each day. You should take this medication for the whole time that it has been recommended for you. Do not stop taking this medication on your own, even if you are feeling well. Your condition may worsen if you stop taking it. While using this medication, follow your doctor's instructions. Headache, tiredness, nausea, stomach discomfort, and drowsiness are the most frequent adverse effects. If any of these side effects concern you or do not go away, talk to your doctor. They may be able to advise you on how to avoid or lessen the negative effects. If you have any liver, heart, or renal issues, tell your doctor before taking it. Women who are pregnant or nursing should seek medical advice before using this medication. You should also inform your doctor about any other medications you're taking, particularly those for high blood pressure or heart problems.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
It is not advisable to take Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) with alcohol as it may enhance the effect of lightheadedness, low blood pressure, headache, and dizziness.

Studies on animal reproduction have failed to demonstrate any risk to the fetus and there are no adequate studies in pregnant women regarding Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip).
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
There is limited data on the safety of Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) for breastfeeding. However, the excessive diuretic effect may cause lactation suppression which usage of Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) alone may not be able to cause this effect.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) may cause side effects such as reduced mental alertness which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) has potential side effect on the kidney as it has medium diuretic effect. However, this drug should be used with caution if combined with other diuretics as it may cause hyperkalemia. Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) is contraindicated in renal failure
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Amilozide 5/50mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with pre-existing liver disease
