Alcohol Warning(Not Advisable)
It is not recommended to consume alcohol with Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) because there is a case report of an interaction with ethanol. However, there is limited data to suggest the specific side effects that can occur if alcohol was taken together with Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip).
Pregnancy Warning(Maybe Safe)
Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) may be safe to use during pregnancy. A test done in pregnant rabbits have shown no teratogenic effect, however, limited data obtained in human studies. Due to unknown effects, pregnant women are advised to avoid Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip). Please consult your doctor before use.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data)
Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) should not be used during breastfeeding. No studies have been done to prove the excretion of Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) in both humans and animals milk. As precautionary measures, Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) should not be used during breastfeeding due to the insufficient information.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Safe If Prescribed)
Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) is excreted in the urine. However, renal excretion of Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) itself is of minor importance because about 85% of the original dose is recovered in the urine for the dose range between 8 and 48 mg as inactive metabolites
Liver Warning(Limited Data)
Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with liver disease because Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) is mainly being metabolised by the liver. Dose adjustment of Betanor 24mg Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Recommended dosage: Adult: Take 48mg (1 or 2 tablet) in divided doses daily. Not recommended for children.

Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage for you to take to alleviate your symptoms, as well as how often you should take it. It is possible that you may need to take this medication for many months, and you should continue to take it for as long as your doctor has recommended, even if you begin to feel better. One of the most frequent adverse effects is a headache. Other symptoms include feeling nauseous and indigestion (dyspepsia). You may also have stomach discomfort and bloating. Taking the medication with meals may help to alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort. If you've a stomach ulcer, asthma, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition, you should see your doctor before using this medication. You must also inform him or her of any other medications you are taking so that he or she can ensure your safety. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or are nursing a child or children.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
