There is no known interaction of Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s with alcohol.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s may be unsafe to be used during pregnancy. Animal reproductive studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. However, there are limited well-controlled human studies. The benefits from the use of Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s must be used with caution during lactation. Limited data suggests that no specific advice can be given on whether to use in lactating mothers or not.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)

How To Use Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s

This medicine is for external use only. It should be applied to clean, dry and intact skin. Massage gently to affected areas to facilitate cream absorption. Always wash your hands before and after using this cream. Replace cap tightly after each use.

Precautionary Steps of Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s

Before taking Aldara cream 5%, please refer to the doctor's advice especially if you have any of the following illnesses. Contraindicated disease:

-Allergies to Aldara cream 5% or any other of its ingredients

-It is not recommended for use by babies. Please keep it away from them.

-Hypersensitivity

-Avoid from in contact with eyes

Please stop taking the medication if you have the following symptoms.

Before you take this medicine, please tell your doctor about all the medicines you take. Remember the following:

-Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight

-Avoid using this medicine in prolonged time

Tell your doctor about any other illness you are experiencing or about your other medications

use. Do not stop taking medicines that have been determined by the doctor

FAQ

Can I apply Glenmark Imiquad 5% w/w Cream 3s on an open wound?

No, it is best to wait for the wound to be completely healed from any treatment or normal inflamed skin.

Can I wrap the infected area?

It is not advisable to apply an occlusive dressing on the affected area as it may increase the risk of side effects and infections unless directed by your doctor.
