Treatment of dry cough as well as productive cough with Koflet. The expectorant and mucolytic characteristics help expectoration by decreasing the viscosity of bronchial secretions. Because of Koflet's antitussive (cough suppressant) activity, mucosa irritation and accompanying bronchospasm can be lessened in patients with bronchitis and asthma. Cough treatment is also provided by the anti-allergic, antibacterial, and immune-modifying effects. Koflet syrup has a demulcent effect on the respiratory tract, making it easier to breathe.
