Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet may be consumed with or without meals, but consume it simultaneously to receive the maximum effect. It should be your doctor's recommendation. The dosage and how frequently you take it depending on what you do. Your doctor decides how much to improve your symptoms. Swallow the pills whole with water. This medication is usually used 10-15 years. You should take this medication as long as recommended. Hot flashes, mood changes, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, nausea, and water retention are the most frequent adverse effects. If they discomfort or seem severe, let your doctor know. There may be methods to reduce or avoid them. Some side effects may imply you should promptly report vaginal bleeding, irregular menstrual cycle, and vaginal discharge. It makes birth control tablets less effective, so use condoms and other preventative steps to prevent pregnancy. Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you have an infertility therapy or blood clot problem. Your doctor should also be aware of all the other medications you take, since many of them may make this medicine less efficient or alter the way it works. Tell your doctor about pregnancy or nursing. Your doctor may conduct blood tests to evaluate liver function and body calcium level.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Nolvadex-D Drug Interactions
Drug to drug interaction reaction of Nolvadex-D varies from a person to another person. It is advisable to check with your doctor about all the possible drug interactions before starting the medication.
Anticoagulants
Rifampicin
Paroxetine
This is an incomprehensive list of drug interactions and conditions that might interfere with Nolvadex-D. Before taking this drug, inform your doctor about all your present medications.
Keep the following precautions in mind as well:-
Avoid excess exposure to sunlight
Avoid this medicine for a longer use
Alcohol might affect your liver if it is taken with this medication
Tell your doctor if you have any other diseases or if you are taking any other medication
Do not discontinue the prescribed course
Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
There is no known interaction between alcohol and Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s when used concomitantly. However, alcohol may accentuate the hot flushes or dizziness caused by Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s. Thus, it is not advisable to consume alcohol if the patient is experiencing side effects from Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s. Please consult your doctor.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Human studies have shown reports of spontaneous abortions, birth defects and foetal deaths from the use of Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s during pregnancy. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Excretion of Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s is not known in human breast milk. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s is safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Caution use has to be practised in patients with liver impairment as Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s may cause liver enzyme dysfunction. Please consult your doctor.
Quick Tips
Use a reliable contraceptive barrier technique (such as condoms) to prevent pregnancy while taking this medication and 2 months after discontinuing it.
Inform your doctor if you're pregnant, palnning for prengnancy or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if your periods become irregular, particularly with heavy bleeding. Do not stop taking medication without first talking to your doctor.
