FLO Sinus Nasal Care is a preservative-free and non-medicated isotonic irrigation liquid to wash the nose and sinus cavities. Its gentle formulation thins out mucus and removes irritants to clear congestion.

How To Use Flo Sinus Nasal Care Refill Pack 2s

Fill the clean bottle with the designated amount of water. Only use previously boiled or cooled down water.
Empty contents of a sachet into the bottle, tighten the cap and use a finger to cover the hole at the top of the bottle.
Shake well to dissolve contents.
Bend your head over the sink and tilt your head downwards. Keep your mouth open without holding your breath and squeeze the bottle until the saline solution reaches the upper nostril.
The solution should start draining out from the other nostril. Some solution may drain from your mouth but try not to swallow it.
Repeat the same steps for the other nostril.
Gently blow your nose with a tissue to clear out any remaining mucous.
