Clobetasol is commonly used in the treatment of allergic skin conditions, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and skin disorders
Clobetasol is a corticosteroid which has anti-inflammatory property. It binds to glucocorticoid receptors and reduces the formation, activity, and release of prostaglandins, leukotrienes, and other inflammatory mediators.

There is no known interaction of Clobetasol with alcohol.
Clobetasol may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal reproduction studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. However, there are limited well-controlled human studies. The benefits from the use of Clobetasol in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Clobetasol is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Animals studies showed Clobetasol is excreted in the milk of rats. Limited human data suggests that Clobetasol does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Clobetasol usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Clobetasol is safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.
Clobetasol is generally safe for patients with liver disease.
