Do inform your doctor if you are pregnant because Triamcinolone Oral crosses the placenta. Study of the animals reported some side effects on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans. Use it only when benefits outweight the risks as there is a risk of adrenocortical suppression in newborn in mother on long-term corticosteroid therapy.
There is inadequate data available for Triamcinolone Topical can pass into breast milk and may cause harm to the baby. Consult your doctor before taking this medication as Triamcinolone Oral can affect growth in children.
Triamcinolone Topical usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Triamcinolone Topical should only be used with doctor's advice as this medication contain sodium and is excreted by the kidneys, therefore it may cause impairment in pre-existing kidney disease.
Triamcinolone Topical is metabolized in the liver, therefore it should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
