About Gynita Sylium Fibre (Peach) 20g x12
A fiber-rich diet benefits:
Regulates bowel motions. Fiber content softens and increases the weight and size of your feces. A large stool is simpler to pass, which reduces the likelihood of constipation. Fiber, which absorbs water and provides weight to the stool, may help to stabilize loose, watery stools.
Aids in the maintenance of intestinal health. A high-fiber diet may reduce your chances of getting hemorrhoids and tiny pouches in your colon (diverticular disease). A high-fiber diet may also reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer, according to research. In the colon, some fiber is fermented. Researchers are investigating how this may play a role in the prevention of colon illnesses.
Reduces cholesterol levels. Soluble fiber, which is found in beans, oats, flaxseed, and oat bran, may help decrease total blood cholesterol by reducing low-density lipoprotein, or ""bad"" cholesterol levels. High-fiber diets may also offer additional heart-health advantages, such as lowering blood pressure and inflammation.
Aids in the regulation of blood sugar levels. Fiber, especially soluble fiber, may help lessen sugar absorption and decrease blood sugar levels. A balanced diet rich in insoluble fiber may help lower the chance of acquiring diseases related to high blood sugar levels.
Assists in maintaining a healthy weight. High-fiber meals are more filling than low-fiber foods, so you'll eat less and feel fuller for longer. Furthermore, high-fiber meals take longer to consume and are less ""energy-dense,"" meaning they contain fewer calories for the same amount of food.
Aids in the extension of one's life. According to research, increasing your dietary fiber intake, particularly cereal fiber, is connected with a lower risk of dying from heart disease and all malignancies.
