-Take one sachet, once to twice daily. Pour content (10g) into 200ml of cool water, shake or stir well. Drink immediately

Bnature Fibre Plus helps to stimulate digestion and prevent constipation. Fiber is found mainly in wholegrain cereals, fruits, or vegetables. Fiber is made up of cellulose of the plants which cannot break down. It only passes through our stomach and intestine, finally, excrete through feces.
