How To Use Unece U-99 Plus Sachet 15s
Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis patients, Patients who require their water and ion levels to be closely monitored. 25g Unece U-99, dissolved in warm water, thoroughly mixed. Fill a 60mL glass halfway with 50°C water and drink within two hours. The mixture can be refrigerated and served as an cold beverage. Allow no more than 24 hours if refrigeration is required.

About Unece U-99 Plus Sachet 15s
Unece U99 Plus is recommended for persons with Stage 1 to Stage 4 chronic renal disease. A few foods should be avoided if you have renal illness.
To prevent phosphorus in the form of additives, which the body readily absorbs, avoid dark-colored sodas. Avocados are praised for their heart-healthy lipids, fiber, and antioxidants. While avocados are generally healthy, persons with renal illness should avoid them. Avocados are high in potassium. A medium avocado has 690 mg of potassium.
Soups, vegetables, and beans are often bought in cans for their cheap cost and convenience. However, most canned goods are rich in sodium due to salt being used as a preservative. Because canned products are high in salt, patients with renal illness should avoid or restrict their use.
Choosing the correct bread might be difficult for renal patients. Whole wheat bread is often advised over refined white flour bread for healthy people. Whole wheat bread is healthier owing to its greater fiber content. For those with renal illness, white bread is preferred over whole wheat. It contains phosphorus and potassium. Bran and whole grains in bread have more phosphorus and potassium.
Brown rice is rich in phosphorus and potassium and should be eaten in moderation on a renal diet. These are suitable substitutes for white rice. Dairy products are heavy in phosphorus, potassium, and protein and should be avoided. Despite its high calcium concentration, milk may damage bones in renal disease patients.
