1. Get enough rest. Get as much sleep as you can to combat fatigue. Your infant may feed every two to three hours. Sleep while your baby sleeps to get enough rest.

4. Workout Your doctor will advise you when to exercise. It shouldn't be too strenuous. Try going for a walk nearby. A change of location can help you feel more energised.
