Consuming alcohol with Ethinyl Estradiol may worsen the side effects such as headache, dizziness, and nausea.It is not advised to consume alcohol with Loette Tablet 21s. Taking Loette Tablet 21s with alcohol may worsen the CNS side effects such as headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, and nausea.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe - High Risk)
Ethinyl Estradiol is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Both animal and human studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus and fetal abnormalities. Please consult your doctor for more details.Loette Tablet 21s is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Both animal and human studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. The risk involved is clearly outweigh the potential benefits. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
No academic reports explaining the use of Ethinyl Estradiol during lactation are available. However, the use of Ethinyl Estradiol for breastfeeding mothers is not recommended because it may reduce milk production and decrease the nutrient content in the milk.Loette Tablet 21s is not recommended to use during lactation because it is secreted into breast milk. However, the potential exposure of the nursing infant to Loette Tablet 21s can be reduced if the mother takes the tablet immediately after feeding and avoids nursing for at least the following 8 hours.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Generally it is safe to take ethynilestradiol if you are driving. However, do not drive if you feel any side effects such as dizziness, headaches, or nausea, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.Loette Tablet 21s usualy does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
The use of Ethinyl Estradiol is should be safe in patients with kidney problem. Hoever, consult your doctor regarding dose adjustment if needed.Loette Tablet 21s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Ethinyl Estradiol should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ethinyl Estradiol may be needed. However, patients with liver carcinoma is contraindicated to take Ethinyl Estradiol. Please consult your doctor. Loette Tablet 21s is not recommended for patients with liver adenoma and any other hepatic impairment. Please consult your doctor.

Product Overview

Introduction of Loette Tablet 21s

Loette Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to make the most of the benefits. It should be taken as the recommendation of your doctor. You should start taking a pill on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue taking it for a whole month and start with a new pack once the pack is over. If you experience vomiting after 4 hours of consumption, take another tablet. In the event that you missed the dosage and are 12 hours late in taking the missed dose, the condom must be used during intercourse for a duration of 2 days.

Before taking this medicine , tell your doctor if you smoke and are over 35 years old, or if you have ever had any other chronic diseases. Your doctor should also know about the other medicines that you are taking, as many of them might make this medication less effective or change the way it works. Do not take the medicine if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

How To Use Loette Tablet 21s

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Quick Tips

Take Loette Tablet at the same time regularly to help you remember to take it.
Menstrual irregularities, such as spotting or bleeding between periods or missed periods, are possible. Notify your doctor if it persist.
While on Loette Tablet, make sure you get a regular breast exam (to check for lumps or other abnormal changes) and a cervical smear test.
Stop Loette Tablet immediately and notify your doctor if you experience unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, severe headache, or changes in vision. These could be symptoms of a blood clot in a vein.
Do not take Loette Tablet and discuss with your doctor if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, over 35, smoke, or have a history of blood clots or heart disease.
