How To Use Nature's Way Vitamin C 500mg Tablet 200s
Children 4-12 years: Chew 1 tablet daily. For Colds at onset of symptoms: Chew 1 tablet twice daily. Adults and Children over 12 years: Chew 1-2 tablets daily. For Colds at onset of symptoms: Chew 2 tablets twice daily. Or as recommended by your health professional. Not to be used in children under 4 years of age.
