Alcohol Warning(Not Advisable)
It is not advisable to consume alcohol with Qlaira Tablet 28s as research has found that the combination may increase the risk of breast cancer. Alcohol may increase the estrogen levels and thus, the extra estrogen and the synthetic Qlaira Tablet 28s resulted in too much estrogen.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe - High Risk)
Qlaira Tablet 28s is contraindicated in pregnancy and thus the treatment should be withdrawn as soon as pregnancy is diagnosed.
Breastfeeding Warning(Not Advisable)
Qlaira Tablet 28s should not be used during breastfeeding.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Qlaira Tablet 28s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
In patients with renal dysfunction, they should be closely observed when using Qlaira Tablet 28s as it may cause fluid retention.
Liver Warning(Use With Care)
It is recommended to avoid using Qlaira Tablet 28s in patients with liver disease. If required, it should not be given during acute illness and need to be administered preferably through the transdermal route. This route bypasses the liver and thus, will not interfere with the hepatic enzymes and proteins produced in the liver.

Qlaira Tablet should be taken with water. It may be taken with or without meals, but for best results, take it at the same time every day. Your doctor will determine the dosage and duration so that you receive the proper amount to manage your symptoms. If you forget to take a dosage, do so as soon as you recall. Do not miss any doses and complete the whole treatment duration. This medicine's potency may be harmed if the therapy is suddenly discontinued without contacting your doctor. Headaches, breast soreness, irregular vaginal bleeding or spotting, stomach cramps or bloating, nausea, vomiting, and hair loss are the most prevalent adverse effects. Breast lumps, irregular vaginal bleeding, dizziness and faintness, severe headaches, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, leg pains, and so on are some of the warning signs and symptoms that need prompt medical treatment. It is critical to inform your doctor if you are now taking or have recently taken any other medications for the same or different disorders. If you have a history of unexplained vaginal bleeding or have ever had a blood clot in your legs or lungs, you should see a doctor. Before using this medication, notify your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing. Your doctor may recommend various diagnostic or laboratory tests to determine the medicine's effectiveness and adverse effects on your body.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
