Introduction of Blackmores Calcium + D3 Tablet 30s
The Blackmores Calcium + D3 is a supplement which supports the bones and aids the absorption of calcium. It maintains healthy bone and muscles, and supports the bone density.
Store in a dry place below 30˚C, away from direct sunlight.
Side Effects

About Blackmores Calcium + D3 Tablet 30s
Calcium and vitamin D are important nutrients for the overall wellbeing of the body. Most of the body's calcium content lies within the bones.
Calcium not only supports the build and maintanence of bones and teeth, but is also involved in the body's metabolism functions. On the other hand, vitamin D works in synergy with calcium by aiding the abdorption and utilisation of calcium.
As a person age, the regenerative functions of the body decreases gradually, including the joints and the bones. This is more apparent in women in post-menopausal age. During this time, the body's oestrogen levels reduce and causes calcium absorption in the body to decrease. In order to maintain bone health in older age groups, increased intake of calcium and vitamin D is essential.
Some natural food sources of calcium and vitamin D include fish, milk and dairy products, vegetables and many more. Where daily intake of these nutrients are inadequate, products like the Blackmores Calcium + D3 Tablet can act as a supplemental source.
