Evening primrose oil (EPO), like contained in Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil + Fish Oil Capsule is derived from the seeds of a North American native plant. Its therapeutic properties may be owing to its GLA content. GLA is a plant-based omega-6 fatty acid. EPO is usually given orally or topically.
