How To Use Tiger Balm Plaster - RD Warm (L) 2s
Dry and clean the application area. Peel the adhesive sheet's center paper off. Do not peel the side strips yet. Plaster should be placed in the center of the adhesive sheet with the plastic film facing up. Remove the plastic film. After removing the adhesive sheet's side strips, apply onto affected area.
