Royal jelly, often known as "bee milk," contains 22 amino acids, six of which are needed for human survival and cannot be synthesized by the body. It also contains the full B vitamin group as well as antimicrobial and preservative 10 hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10H2DA). Many scientists have attempted to combine all of the vitamins and amino acids in the lab, but they have been unable to replicate the effects of natural royal jelly because around 3% of the royal jelly's components remain unknown.
Bee pollen is high in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids, and it has anti-cough, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory qualities. Pollen from bees has also been shown to improve metabolism and counteract the effects of poisons, pollutants, and medicines.
Honey has long been revered as a meal that provides energy and has therapeutic properties. Honey contains vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that make it easily digestible and a rapid source of energy. WynnWright Royal Reserve contains royal jelly. Royal jelly is a gelatinous substance produced by honeybees to feed the queen and her young. Some royal jelly benefits include:
Royal jelly is nutrition dense. There are nine glycoproteins (MRJPs) and two fatty acids (trans-10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid and 10-Hydroxydecanoic acid). Royal jelly also contains B vitamins and trace minerals. However, the nutritional content of royal jelly varies greatly. thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), niacin (B3), folic acid (B9), inositol (B8), and biotin (B7) (B7)
