Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet must be taken as prescribed by the doctor. You may take it with or without meals, but it is preferable if you take it at a same time each morning. It is not recommended to discontinue this medication without first speaking with a doctor. Even if you are feeling well, you should continue to take this medication on a regular basis to reap the greatest benefits. It is working to prevent damage from occurring in the future. The use of this medication may increase the likelihood of bleeding. If you see a pinpoint rash or if you notice blood in your vomit, urine, or stool, call your doctor immediately. If you are having surgery or dental treatment, you may need to stop taking this medication for a period of time. However, you should only do so after speaking with your doctor. If you have any kind of renal or liver illness, you must tell your doctor before using this medication. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing, as well as about all of the other medicines that you are currently taking on a consistent basis.
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
Consumption with alcohol is not advisable as it increases the risk of excessive bleeding.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
First-trimester use of Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s may result in fetal Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s syndrome (FWS). However, the risk may lessen if the mother's who requires anticoagulation takes heparin from the start of the 6th gestational week through the end of the 12th gestational week, and again at term
Breastfeeding Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Maternal Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s consumption is known to not pose a significant risk to normal, full-term, breastfed infants.
Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Patients with reduced kidney function require lower doses of the Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s and may need closer monitoring to avoid serious adverse effect such as renal damage as detected from the study recently
Liver Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
It is metabolized in the liver. Also, use with care in patients with liver cirrhosis however, there are no specific guidelines for Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet 100s use in patients with impaired liver function.

While on therapy with Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet, avoid making any drastic dietary changes.
Do not drink alcohol while on Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet as it may further affect your condition
Inform your doctor before undergoing any surgical or dental procedure as you may be advised to temporarily stop taking Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet.
Do not stop taking Apo-Warfarin 2mg Tablet without consulting your doctor.
