This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s. Taking Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s with alcohol may worsen the side effects of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s such as headache, dizziness and visual disturbance. Furthermore, Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is metabolised in the liver and alcohol consumption leads to a risk of liver damage.There is no known interaction of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s with alcohol.
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits of using Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s among pregnant women outweigh the risks. Please consult your doctor. Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated during pregnancy. Human reproductive studies have shown the presence of risk in the fetus with the use of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s. If pregnancy occurs, alternative treatment should be considered. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is reported to be excreted into breast milk. However, the effect of the exposure towards the babies remains unknown. There is also stated that no side effects were reported with the exposure. Please consult your doctor for further details. Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is probably unsafe to use during lactation as there is limited data on the use of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s during lactation and breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s may cause side effects such as dizziness headache, tiredness or nausea, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is mostly excreted via urine. Thus, dose adjustment of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney impairment. Dose adjustment of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s and monitoring of serum creatinine may be needed if Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s is used in patients with other kidney diseases. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
The liver disease should use Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s with caution. It is extensively metabolised in the liver. Extensive use of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s also increases the liver enzyme. Dose adjustment of Aprovasc 300/5mg Tablet 28s may be needed. Please consult your doctor. No dose adjustment is needed with liver impairment.
