It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Rosiden Gel 30g due to increased risk of bleeding in your gastric or intestinal lining.There is no known interaction of Rosiden Gel 30g Topical with alcohol.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
In view of the known effects of NSAIDs on the foetal cardiovascular system (risk of closure of the ductus arteriosus), use in the last trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated. Data from epidemiological studies suggest an increased risk of spontaneous abortion after use of prostaglandin synthesis inhibitors in early pregnancyRosiden Gel 30g Topical is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data)
Rosiden Gel 30g is prohibited for use in nursing mothers since safety for such use has not been established in human.There is limited data on the usage of Rosiden Gel 30g Topical during breastfeeding. It is found that Rosiden Gel 30g Topical is excreted in very little quantities in breast milk and not adequate to cause harmful effects. However, it is advisable to practice caution while taking diclofenac during breastfeeding.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Rosiden Gel 30g may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness or visual disturbances, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.Rosiden Gel 30g Topical should not affect alertness or driving ability.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care)
Rosiden Gel 30g should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Prostaglandin plays a role in the maintenance of renal perfusion in patients whose renal blood flow and volume are decreased. Thus, Rosiden Gel 30g may precipitate overt renal decompensation, which is typically followed by recovery to pre-treatment state upon discontinuation of the drug. Thus, careful monitoring of patients with renal disease is needed. Please consult your doctor.In patients with renal impairment, it is important to use this drug with caution as NSAIDs may cause kidney function to deteriorate. Since Rosiden Gel 30g Topical is eliminated mainly by the kidneys, close monitoring is required for patients with significant impairment of kidney function.

Rosiden Gel 30g should be used with caution in patients with liver disease because it is metabolized predominantly by liver. Please consult your doctor for dose adjustment.Rosiden Gel 30g Topical should be used with caution in patients with liver disease as there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal hemorrhage and fluid retention. Patients with severe liver disease should try to avoid taking Rosiden Gel 30g Topical.
Recommended dosage: Adult: Apply to the affected area 2 or 3 times daily. Treatment should not exceed continuous use of 14 days. Not recommended for children.

How To Use Rosiden Gel 30g
This medicine is for external use only. It should be applied to clean, dry and intact skin. Always wash your hands before and after using the gel. Take an appropriate amount and massage gently to the affected areas. Replace cap tightly after each use.

Quick Tips
Take the medication as directed by your doctor. It can be taken after meal or together with the food. Avoid indigestion by taking it with meals. Your doctor will give you the lowest effective dosage of this medication for the shortest feasible period.
It may make you dizzy and tired. Do not drive or handle machines until you are aware of how this medicine affects you.
Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication to avoid drowsiness. Let your doctor know if you have any history of allergic reactions ( such as rashes, breathlessness, swollen eyes) to this medication or other painkillers similar to this painkillers (such as asprin, ibuprofen, and celecoxib).
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or nursing.
