Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe)
Animal studies do not demonstrate direct or indirect risk to fetal development, parturition or postnatal development. There are inadequate human studies on the usage of Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension 60ml in pregnancy thus, it is recommended to avoid using Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension 60ml unless it is deemed necessary.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data)
It is not known whether Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension 60ml is excreted in human breast milk however, terfenadine is reported to be found in the breast milk of mothers who were on treatment. Thus, it is recommended to avoid Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension 60ml during breastfeeding.

Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension may be taken with or without meals, and the dosage and duration should be followed exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage that is prescribed to you will be determined by your medical condition and how you react to the medication. You should continue to take this medication for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. Do not stop taking it without first speaking with your doctor or pharmacist. Headaches, sleepiness, dizziness, and nausea are the most frequent adverse effects of this medication. The majority of them are transient and generally resolve themselves over time. Please contact your doctor if any of these adverse effects do not go away or if they continue for an extended period of time. You should not self-medicate or suggest your medication to another individual even if you notice a resemblance in symptoms between the two people. Consult with your doctor to ensure that you get the most benefit. Inform your doctor if you are experiencing any symptoms of a kidney, liver, or cardiac issue. a. Quick Tips
Best taken on empty stomach at least one hour before or two hours after meals.
Do not consume double dose of Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension.
May cause dizziness and visual blurring. Use Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension with caution when driving or doing activities that require attention.
Intake of grapefruit juice and alcohol with it may interfere with the absorption of Telfast 30mg/5ml Paediatric Oral Suspension and lead to additional adverse effects.
May cause nausea or vomiting as a side effect
