   Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   Windexco Syrup 90ml and alcohol consumption may worsen the effects on the central nervous system as their adverse reactions may be compounded. It is safe to consume alcohol with Windexco Syrup 90ml as there is no known drug interaction. There is no contraindication in alcohol consumption while using Windexco Syrup 90ml.

   
   Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
   

   There are mixed and inadequate data to conclude the safety profile of Chlorpheniramine in pregnant women. It may be safe to use in the first and second trimester but may increase the risk of premature neonates if used in the third trimester. Special precautions must be taken into consideration to use Windexco Syrup 90ml during pregnancy. There is no animal reproductive studies conducted but due to potential adverse effects of Windexco Syrup 90ml to the term fetus, it is not advisable to take Windexco Syrup 90ml during pregnancy.

   
   Breastfeeding Warning (Limited Data)
   

   Windexco Syrup 90ml is present in small quantity in human breastmilk and can cause drowsiness on the infant. Close monitoring is required if using Windexco Syrup 90ml during breastfeeding or using second generation of anti-histamine. Windexco Syrup 90ml should be used with caution during lactation as there is no information regarding the presence of Windexco Syrup 90ml in human breast milk. It is not known whether Windexco Syrup 90ml is excreted into human breastmilk or not. Due to its potential toxicity, Windexco Syrup 90ml is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding.

   
   Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
   

   It is not advisable to drive when taking Windexco Syrup 90ml due to its potential side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness which can affect the ability to drive and concentrate. Windexco Syrup 90ml may cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive. It is not advisable to drive when under Windexco Syrup 90ml eye treatment due to its potential side effects such as eye irritation and blurred vision which can affect the ability to concentrate and drive.

   
   Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
   

   No dosage adjustment is needed for people with renal impairment despite it being excreted via urine. Dose adjustment of Windexco Syrup 90ml is not needed in patients with kidney disease. Dosage adjustment may be needed for patient who needs parenteral Windexco Syrup 90ml and with hypotensive states.

   
   Liver Warning (Limited Data)
   

   Although no dosage adjustment is indicated by the manufacturer labelling, precautionary measure with dosage adjustment may be needed in moderate to severe hepatic impaired patient due to Windexco Syrup 90ml being metabolised by the liver. No dose titration of Windexco Syrup 90ml is required in patients with liver disease. There is no dosage adjustment needed for patients with hepatic impairment according to the manufacturer labelling.

5. Recommended dosage: Adults and children above 12 years: Take 10ml every 6 hours. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 5ml every 6 hours. Children 2 to 5 years: Take 2.5ml every 6 hours.
