Xarelto 20 mg tablet is widely used in individuals who have had knee or hip replacement operations, it often decreases the likelihood of getting clots. It can be taken with food and it is safer to take them daily at the same time. You might have to continue taking this medication for several years, in some cases also for life.
If you have serious kidney or liver issues, if you are already bleeding or if you are taking any medications to prevent blood clotting, avoid taking this medicine. You should avoid breastfeeding while using this medicine.
Many side effects require minimal medical assistance and fades as the body responds to the medicine. Speak to the doctor if they continue or if you are particularly worried.
Xarelto 20mg Tablet's most frequent adverse effect is bleeding more rapidly than normal, such as getting nosebleeds or bruises. Inform the doctor immediately if you have any signs.
If you miss a dose of Xarelto 20mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
